Shreya cards three-over for sole lead

Ghei returned with the day’s best score of three-over 75 in the penultimate round for an overall seven-over 152. Vani Kapoor was three strokes behind in second after carding a seven-over 79 at the Karnataka Golf Association.

Shreya made a bright start to the day when she birdied the par-4 opening hole before completing a flawless front-nine, picking up another stroke on the eighth.

However, her backward journey hit rough waters when she double-bogeyed twice -- 13th and 17th -- and dropped a stroke each on the 16th and 18th. Her only joy was a birdie on the 15th.
