<p>Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister S Surest Kumar on Wednesday released the second diglot edition (English-Kannada) of the Constitution of India. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The second edition has incorporated up to 95th amendment, 2009. <br /><br />The Kannada version of the Constitution was first published in 1976. <br /><br />The revised edition was brought out in 1985. The first diglot edition (English-Kannada) was published in 2001 by incorporating all amendments till 2000. <br /><br />Besides, the department of Parliamentary Affairs has brought out authoritative Kannada texts of 36 Central Acts in two volumes. <br /><br />The Minister said the publication enables people to access information about various amendments of the Constitution in their mother tongue.<br /></p>
