In a press note, Tammeshagowda, State Joint Secretary, said that New Horizon Engineering and Management College was collecting parking fees from the students and ‘harassing’ them. After discussion with ABVP, the management agreed to levy Rs 3 on a two-wheeler and allow cars to be parked on the service road.
