Forum stages protest

They saidthat instances of cow slaughter is on the rise. “When the vehicles transporting cattle are seized, it leads to communal violence. Keeping this in mind, government should pass a law banning cow laughter and conversion,” they demanded Bringing seriousness of conversion to the notice of the government, they said that iliterates, poor, Dalits are being lured to get converted. Hence law against conversion is also a need of the hour.

They said that the  Forum will observe one day fasting, hold a signature campaign in the month of November, demanding a ban on cow slaughter. Bangalore chalo will be also be observed on December 21 in case government fails to respond to their demands, protesters said.
