The committee, headed by Siraj Sheik, has 16 members .<br /><br /> A committee to draft manifesto for the next Assembly elections has also been formed. Y N Goudar, Ravindra Reshme, C S Dwarkanath are among those who are on the panel. <br /><br />Sriramulu will resume his padayatra on July 29 from Karwar to Kanakapura. <br /><br />The women’s wing of the party, headed by Rakshita, will organise a State-level rally in the second week of August, he said.</p>
