The orders will be in effect till 6 pm on May 17. The policemen are deployed at four counting centres - Government Arts College, Mysore Bank Circle, Visvesvaraya Engineering College, KR Circle, Mount Carmel College, Vasanthanagar and SSMRV College,JP Nagar. DCPs have been given powers of sub-divisional magistrate and it is mandatory to take the DCPs permission before taking out victory processions, said the police.

* Bangalore North: UVCE College, KR Circle
* Bangalore Central: Mount Carmel College, Vasanthanagar.
* Bangalore Rural: Ghousia Engineering College,

* Chikkaballapur: SJCIT College Building, Chikkaballapur
No sale of alcohol
Bangalore Urban Deputy Commissioner has the prohibited sale of alcohol from 12 midnight on Friday to 12 midnight on Saturday as counting of votes of the LS polls is scheduled.
