<p>A man and his wife were killed in an accident on Sunday night at Kalluguddadahalli. <br /><br /></p>.<p>Narayanappa, 50 and Nagaratna, 48, residents of Hesaraghatta were riding home on a bike on the Hesaraghatta-Nelamangala Main Road after visiting the temple at Madhure, when a private bus speeding from the opposite direction collided with the bike.<br /><br />The couple fell down and sustained severe head injuries. They were immediately rushed to M S Ramaiah Hospital, where they were declared brought dead. Narayanappa worked as a technical assistant at the Indian Horticulture Research Institute. Peenya Traffic Police arrested Basavaraj, the driver of the private bus which belongs to a private factory in the area.</p>
