Matoria is IABF chief

 Rajasthan BJP MLA Abhishek Matoria was on Sunday elected the new president of the Indian Amateur Boxing Federation (IABF).

Matoria replaced Abhay Singh Chautala, who completed his third term in office. IABF, however, created a new post to accommodate Chautala and nominated him as chairman at the Executive Committee & Annual General Body Meeting which was held in Patiala.

Rajesh Bhandari replaced PK Muralidharan Raja, who was also given a position in the set-up and will now chair the post of the Senior Vice-President in the organisation. Khoibi Salam got the post of the treasurer.
