Heaping praise on Harbhajan Singh’s effort with the ball, India skipper MS Dhoni said that it was a ‘problem of plenty’ for him after India scored an emphatic 90-run win over England in their final Group ‘A’ match.

“Considering the circumstances, the pressure of making a comeback and his own desperation and expectations, Harbhajan bowled brilliantly,” said Dhoni during his post-match comments on Sunday.

“Yes, I have seen him bowl better than this but as I said earlier, the circumstances made it very special. He was aggressive, was particular about the field settings and didn’t bowl short of length deliveries, mixed up his variations, the doosras and the top-spinners, and it is good that he did well,” the captain pointed out.

While admitting that he faces a selection dilemma now, Dhoni said he was happy to have this problem than having a player short to pick.

“Problem of plenty, yes, but I can assure you, problem of plenty is better than not having that one guy. It will be a difficult decision, who do you drop to play the seventh batsman.

The middle order has done well and the two openers we have are the best openers. We have got players who can win matches on their own. Gautam did really well in this particular game. It will be a difficult decision but as of now, I don’t know frankly, but we will have to see what is best for the side and accordingly decide,” he remarked.

England skipper Stuart Broad said that Harbhajan ‘bowled very well’ but was disappointed with his team’s batting. “In the end, we made it easy for India,” he added.
