<p>A school van driver was arrested for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl here, police said Sunday. It was the driver's third assault on the girl in 10 months.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Nitish Kumar, 22, a resident of Sector-9 in south Delhi's R.K. Puram, was caught Saturday morning by area residents near his house while he was assaulting his minor neighbour, police said.<br /><br />"The accused has raped the girl twice earlier - in December 2011 and January this year. He threatened the girl of dire consequences if she revealed details of the incidents to anyone," said a police officer.<br /><br />The accused works as a van driver with a private school while the girl studies in Class 5 in the institution, police said.</p>
