A special court here Wednesday denied permission to Vectra group chief Ravinder Rishi to visit Britain for medical treatment and business. He is an accused in a defence-related corruption case.
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Special Judge Talwant Singh did not accept Vectra chief's plea for the foreign visit.
