Three MLAs - H D Kumaraswamy, Mallikarjun Kharge and Dhruvanarayan are now MPs, and their election paves the way for by-polls in Ramanagara, Chittapur and Kollegal, respectively. Besides, two Assembly constituencies - Govindarajanagar and Channapatna are already vacant with the resignation of V Somanna and C P Yogeeshwara.
