TVS eyes half of 3-wheeler mart

“We are eyeing to generate at least 15 per cent revenue from this segment after becoming a dominant player in the next three years,” Goindi told newsmen here after launching TVS King, its new 3-wheeler.  TVS King presently has a marketshare between 10 and 40 per cent depending on towns. 

To a question, he said the company has already launched its three-wheelers in states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh andWest Bengal. “Next month we intend to launch in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. By December end, we hope to be present across the country,” he claimed.
