Delhi Police were directed by a local court on Tuesday to supply the complete documents related to the chargesheet filed against sacked Uttarakhand minorities panel chief S S Namdhari and 21 others in the November 17 killing of liquor baron Ponty Chadha and his brother Hardeep in a shootout at a farmhouse.

Additional chief metropolitan magistrate Mukesh Kumar asked the investigating officer Jitender Singh to supply the missing documents from the chargesheet by March 5.

“All the accused were produced from the judicial custody. The copy of the chargesheet has been supplied, but as the documents are incomplete, so the IO should supply all the missing documents,” the court said.

The judge’s direction came after the counsel the accused informed the court that they have not received the complete copy of the chargesheet.
