The website is optimised for touch screens and enables bookings directly and quickly through smartphones.
Through this app one can avail of facilities such as trip details stored in the account. The facility will also provide details of the previous five trips, including address, which can be stored in personal account. Besides, regular pickup or drop addresses such as ‘home’ or ‘office’ can be saved in ‘My Favourites’.
Another feature, ‘Track your cab,’ enables customers who have received a booking confirmation, to track the proximity of the cab through a map on the website and keep a check on the arrival time.
Other facilities include the convenience of booking the cab within a couple of clicks, calling the driver assigned for pickup with a single click, accessing a record of the receipt over the phone, rating the services etc.
