Dr Gangubai Hanagal Music Foundation Managing director Manoj Hanagal said the birth centenary celebrations of Dr Gangubai Hanagal will be held on March 17 at Kalamandira in city at 4 pm.
Addressing a press meet, Manoj said the programme organised by Vaishnavi Hanagal Talkad Music foundation will be graced by Murugarajendra Mutt Shivamurthy Murugha Sharanaru. MP A H Vishwanath will inaugurate the programme, he said.
Rare photographs of Gangubai Hanagal will be displayed and various artistes will be felicitated.
