Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Friday said that in Indian politics, there was always an option for emergence of the “third front”.
Speaking to the media at Suttur mutt near the foot of Chamundi Hills, Akhilesh, however, said the Samajvadi Party would always support a front that is non-Congress and non-BJP.
On his much debated poll promise to release 19 innocent Muslim youth who have been incarcerated on terror charges, but halted due to the rappings from the judiciary, Akhilesh said that the government would try to convince the judiciary again.
