2 held for theft in SN's house

 
One more person has also been detained for questioning in the case.

The accused have been identified as Shekar alias Patient Shekar (28) and Ravi alias Gadi Ravi, both residents of JJ Hatti, while another accomplice is reportedly absconding. The arrested were daily wage labourers working for CMC contractor Yogaraj. Police have detained Nayaz Pasha (28), who bought the stolen items from the accused. The police have recovered the Basavashree award, batteries and a gas cylinder and efforts are on to recover the remaining items.

Addressing a press conference, Additional SP Shivaramareddy said that the accused had broken into the house through a window 15 days ago. Since this was not discovered by anyone, they continued to steal by entering into the house once in two or three days. The police had formed three teams for cracking the theft case.
