Gunman decamps with Rs 10.40 lakh

 Police said the incident occurred when the cash was being transported from the bank to one of its ATMs.  A team has been formed to nab the accused Harish, a gunman with SSB Security Agency near Whitefield. There were five persons in the cash-carrying vehicle. It was parked in front of a hotel. While the  four persons went to have lunch Harish remained in the vehicle. Minutes later, Harish drove away the vehicle.  
The manager of the security agency, Ajit has lodged a complaint with the police.

Complaints rise

The number of complaint against the finance company, Tulsiyan World Mart, went up to 130 with 15 more fresh complaints being registered on Tuesday. The case was handed over to City Crime Branch (CCB) on Tuesday.
Several foreign nationals have invested huge sums with the company. Police now feel that the cheating, estimated to be in the range of Rs 20 to Rs 25 crore might go up further. Search for the two accused Ramesh Tulasiyan and Dinesh Bansali has been intensified. Police teams have left for Rajasthan, New Delhi and Chennai. Meanwhile, more than 20 customers who had invested in the firm tried to picket the office upon coming to know of the fraud committed.
