In a fully decked mantapa, the Goddess was taken in a procession to pavithra bana. The devotees walked on fire. The procession of utsava mantapa gave a feeling of Madikeri Dasara procession.
The fireworks were additional attraction at the procession. The village was decked up for the fair.
Bullock cart competition
Madari Yuvaka Sangha will organise bullock cart competition at Government Model Primary School maidan on November 18 at 7 am. Various cultural programmes will be held as part of the fair.
