Memorandum to Guv

The members of a newly-formed advocates’ group on Wednesday held a protest march and submitted a memorandum to the Governor H R Bhardwaj, seeking action against advocates responsible for the attacks in the High Court premises on November 9 during a protest against Chief Justice P D Dinakaran who is facing land-grabbing charges.

In the memorandum, the group condemned the November 9 incidents and urged the Governor to use his office and bring those behind them to book, according to senior advocate and member of ‘Advocates for Self Respect’, Ravivarma Kumar.
