The company which started its operation in 2007 plans to strengthen its presence through the investment.
The company also announced an exclusive customer care programme for users in India enabling them to give the round clock support top customers.
Briefing reporters Soilmec India Managing Director Sanjoy Chakrabarty said “through our customer care we will offer training and technical support to our partners and customers.” Soilmec India has manufacturing facility in Mumbai and two warehouses in Delhi and Mumbai. It also announced the launch of Soilmec Rig SR-30 upgraded with pull down winch. India contributes 10 per cent of the overall revenue of the company.
