Batting first, Modern CC, riding on centuries from Shaban and Muldeep, set Mangalore Occasionals a target of 416 in 50 overs.  Mangalore went about their chase in earnest fashion but lost wickets at regular intervals and were bowled out for 295 in 47.3 overs.
