<p>In its previous order, the government had stated that only those autorickshaws having 4-stroke engines can be registered with effect from October 1, 2009.<br /><br />However, this order had caused inconvenience to the vehicle manufacturing companies, dealers and buyers.<br /><br />Keeping this in view, the government has amended the order. <br /><br />As per the fresh order, the period for registering autos has been extended till December 31, which had temporarily registered within September 30, stated the Regional Transport Officer (RTO) in a release.<br /></p>
