Now ‘Don’ is on the right side of Interpol. Actor Shah Rukh Khan has been roped in by Interpol as an ambassador for its ‘Turn Back Crime’ campaign aimed at promoting awareness on preventing crime.
With this, Khan joins an elite group, including football star Lionel Messi, action king Jackie Chan and Formula 1 drivers Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen, who support the initiative.
“The multi-award winning actor, the first Indian to be made an ambassador for the global campaign, is lending his voice to help spread the message that all of society benefits when citizens respect the law and fight crime,” the Interpol said in a statement.
