A case has been lodged against former Odisha director-general of Police Prakash Mishra by the anti-corruption vigilance wing in connection with alleged financial irregularities.
The case relates to the period between 2006 and 2009 when Mishra, now a Special Secretary in the Union Home Ministry, was CMD of the State Police Housing and Welfare Corporation, a senior vigilance officer said on Thursday.
