Fruits are beneficial to health, no doubt. But certain fruits are, especially, good for your skin.
Banana: It is a rich source of vitamins and minerals, including potassium, manganese, biotin, vitamins C and B6. The vitamins maintain elasticity of the skin, while the antioxidants prevent ageing. It is also a natural moisturiser and can be used in homemade scrubs and masks.

The orange peel is a natural bleach and toner, removing dirt and dead skin, as well as whitening the skin and making it firm.
Strawberry: Strawberry contains a high level of vitamin C and manganese, which help exfoliate and cleanse the skin, as well as lighten age-spots and freckles. They also prevent thinning of hair and give it some shine.
Tomato: Rich in vitamins A, C and K, it acts as an antioxidant, preventing ageing. It is also used as a de-tanning agent.
Papaya: It contains a rich amount of antioxidants like carotenes, vitamins C, B, flavonoids, folate and pantothenic acid, which keeps the skin hydrated, supple and smooth. It also has exfoliant and anti-ageing properties.
Avocado: The high concentration of vitamins A and E gives your skin a
natural glow. It also helps to moisturise and rejuvenate the scalp.
Grapes: The phytochemicals and phytonutrients present in grapes are antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in nature, helping regeneration and healing of skin.
