It's Philippines' tallest residential condominium

Philippines-based real estate developer, Megaworld Corp, has announced details of a new 22-storey residential condominium project that will become the tallest in the Western Visayas region in Central Philippines.

The 80-metre building, named The Palladium, will have its own sky gardens on various floors. 

Other features include 482 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 30 sq. metres to 83.5 sq. 

metres, divided into north and south wings. Exclusive loft units will take the topmost floor of the building and will range from 76 sq. metres to 115 sq. metres.

Amenities at The Palladium will include an infinity pool, a children’s pool, outdoor and indoor fitness centres, daycare centre, lawn area for events and a function hall. The first two levels of the building will accommodate commercial and retail shops.

Iloilo Business Park, a 72-hectare township development  in the Philippines’ Western Visayas region, offers residential condominiums, business process outsourcing [BPO] office towers, a 1.1-kilometre ‘festive walk’ commercial and retail strip, hotels and a 3,700-seat convention centre. The business park’s marketing head, Jennifer Palmares-Fong, said, “Since last year we have been experiencing consistent growth in the demand for residential towers in Iloilo Business Park.
