Assault on Minister Muniyappa flayed

The assault and rouging up of a Union Minister is highly condemnable, district general secretary of the committee told reporters.

He demanded action against those perpetrated the act against the Minister.
He suspected the handiwork of Congress activists behind the assault act and urged the Congress high command to initiate strict action against those involved.

The members will resort to severe protest in front of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) office if the high command failed to act against the culprits, he said. G M Nagaraj, Chandrappa others were present.
