The programme was hitherto implemented in the first and second standards in 14,000 government schools. Minister for Primary and Secondary Education Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri said here on Wednesday that the decision will be taken after a review of the implementation. He said that the final list of those selected for the teachers’ posts in high schools and primary schools, will be announced in the first week of February. They would report for duty in June after training during April-May.
