The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking to introduce NOTA button on the EVM machine for the upcoming BBMP elections.
The Court observed that it was not possible to introduce NOTA at this late stage as BBMP polls were just three days away.
The Court also noted that the BBMP elections had been scheduled after a long legal fight.
The petition had been filed by an advocate Amrutesh.
