The Governor also recalled the demolition of Babri Masjid and said Indians the world over have had to hang their heads in shame after the incident.<br /><br />Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President, R V Deshpande called for strong action on the perpetrators. He said the hands and legs of the culprits must be cut off. He said, it was the duty of every Indian to respect the worshipping places of every faith.<br /><br />Deshpande said that both the perpetrators and public must keep in mind that these attacks raise serious questions against Bangalore’s claims to be truly international.
