<p>A 23-year-old driver succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, following a fight with his friend in Channammanakere Achchukattu area in Banashankari Third Stage on Friday night.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The police said the deceased, Avinash, was a driver. He was assaulted by his friend Suresh. Both of them worked for a tent house, which rents vessels and shamianas, and they resided there as well.<br /><br />On Friday night, the duo got into a heated argument over a trivial issue. It soon turned into a fist fight. Suresh hit Avinash on his head repeatedly.<br /><br />Avinash collapsed on the ground and Suresh fled the spot, said the police.<br /><br />Help<br /><br />Hearing Avinash scream, his neighbours went to the tent house and found him. They shifted him to a nearby hospital and on Saturday, he succumbed to internal injuries, said the police.<br />The police registered a case and on Sunday evening, they arrested Suresh, who was on the run.</p>
