She has come a long way. After beginning her career with popular TV series Kasamh Se, Prachi Desai made her Bollywood debut in Rock On!! and was noticed for her performance and affable personality.

Since then she has worked in films like Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, and Bol Bachchan and would be soon seen in Rock On!! 2.

The 27-year-old actress shared with Metrolife her love for chocolates and her dream
destination.

On her style quotient: I like to keep it chic, elegant and classy. The dress should be comfortable and I should be comfortable in it.

On her favourite colour: They keep changing every month. I like to keep up with trends. Like, I know that olive green and maroon are the colours of the season so I would wear them often. At the same time, my love for pastel shades is life long.

On her fitness regime: I

love doing yoga, especially power yoga. I don’t enjoy gymming that much. Yoga can be done anywhere, so I don’t have to worry about gym all the time.

A lot of people talk about benefits of yoga and I completely agree with them because it is not only good for your body but calms the mind as well.

On her favourite holidaydestination: I would say Paris is my dream destination since I have never been there. But I love the energy of New York. I can go there at anytime of
the year.

I know it is pretty cold there right now, but that city has some great vibe.

On her beauty regime: Since actors travel quite a lot and live a hectic life, our skin suffers the most. So, I never sleep with makeup on my face and drink loats of water throughout the day.

On her favourite food: I love desserts, especially chocolates. I can’t resist them at all. Be it chocolate cup cake or chocolate ice cream, I don’t worry about calories at all.

On her Bollywood journey: It has been an absolute crazy and insane ride. I take some sort of pride in saying that I am a self-made person.

Since I don’t have a father who can produce or direct a film for me, I know it has
been a pretty tough journey as well. I consider myself an outsider in the industry and we are not easily forgiven for our mistakes.

I am comfortable in my space and never let any kind of pressure pull me down.
