Gopinath, Nischal spur Young Lions

Batting first, Bangalore Cricketers scored a dismal 134 in 32.2 overs and the Young Lions chased down the target in 30.4 overs with six wickets in hand.

Gopinath, who knocked over six wickets conceding 27 runs, wrecked the Bangalore Cricketers. Team-mate D Santhosh Kumar chipped in with two wickets.

In reply, Young Lions rode on Nischal’s unbeaten half-century and a useful contribution from Abhishek Reddy (27) to for the win. G Vinay was the pick of the bowlers for Bangalore Cricketers.
