Last Updated 08 January 2016, 18:37 IST

Dualist Inquiry and Disco Puppet will perform on January 9, 9 pm, at Church Street Social. The performances is for the official party of the start-up, ‘Under 25 Summit’. Dualist’s music is a curious mix of electronic, rock, cerebral and groove.

It hails listeners with its undulating tempo and captivating beats. With a musical DNA at best honest, straight-from-the-heart and organic, Sahej Bakshi has grown to be quite a draw in the urban Indie music scene.

Dualist’s guitar-driven electronica act with its live mixes has been played at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton, The Eristoff Invasion Festival, NH7 Weekender, Sunburn Festival and more.

‘AlgoRythm’ will perform on January 10, 9 pm, at the same venue. ‘AlgoRythm’ comprises DJs Paloma Monnappa and Varun Patra from Mumbai.

The group is a potpourri of fresh, eclectic, syncopated beats peppered with some funk. The duo are keen on experimentation when it comes to different genres of music.

They are inspired by the 80’s retro disco/funk music like Breakbot, Chromeo, Roosevelt, Aeroplane and Friendly Fires.

Their music ranges from the grungy tunes, feet-tapping, finger-snapping grooves to filthy bass.
