With the confluence of good food, music and wine, all under one roof, ‘Marigold’, a fine dining restaurant is the latest entrant to Whitefield’s eating out choices. Promoted by The Twin Oaks, ‘Marigold’ places a strong emphasis on good food and innovation, offering appetising cuisines from all over the world, primarily focused on the discerning diner.

Offering a pleasing ambience in a polished casual setting with both air conditioned indoor and al fresco seating, the menu and presentation of dishes is particularly innovative, offering a new twist to the traditional favourites, be it appetisers, soups, steaks, pasta, Oriental and Indian dishes. The menu also caters to novel introductions like tabbouleh with quinoa, crab meat chawanmushi, minestrone with basil pesto, mushroom and potato cake and pepper crusted tofu steak.

Executive Chef Ajithkumar, a specialist in modern European, Indian and fusion cuisines, loves to innovate and has made extensive pre-opening kitchen renovations. He has also worked alongside celebrity chefs like Micheal Roux and Patrick McDonalds.

He prefers working from scratch with natural products and loves creating
gastronomic twists to classic recipes, and this is evident in the diverse menu. Balancing both taste and pricing, ‘Marigold’ spells pocket-friendly with its plethora of offers, including a fine dining experience with a selection of wines that go well with their food.

Apart from the restaurant, they also have a banquet space which can accommodate up to 300 people. This would be good for private parties and get togethers. It is located at no 1/5, Nallurahalli Junction, Whitefield. The restaurant is open from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm and 7 pm to 11 pm.
