Leading bourse National Stock Exchange (NSE) will introduce United Spirits, and six other companies, in the futures and option segment from February 26.
Besides, PC Jewellers, Cummins India, Indo Count Industries, Tata Elxsi, KPIT Technologies and Granules India would become part of the derivative segment. Futures and options contracts on these seven additional securities would be available for trading with effect from February 26, 2016.
At present, there are over 200 securities available in the F&O segment for trade. In January, the exchange had launched F&O contracts in Jet Airways, Godrej Consumer Products and Torrent Pharma, among others.
