<p>Belagavi Rural MLA Sanjay Patil has obtained interim injunction restraining media from dragging his name in connection with the murder of a woman by name Rakshita in Mysuru recently. <br /><br /></p>.<p>A G Mulwadmath, counsel for Sanjay Patil, told reporters here on Tuesday that the MLA had filed a suit in the court of Second Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Belagavi and court gave interim injunction preventing media from dragging his name in the murder case.<br /><br />He said, the court was apprised that Patil wasn’t an accused in the case and his name was being dragged unnecessarily into the controversy.<br /> </p>
