The Union Ministry of Law and Justice has requested Chief Minister and Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court to confirm that proper infrastructural facilities are available for the upgradation of the Gulbarga and Dharwad circuit benches as permanent benches.
In a press note the Ministry stated that before a presidential notification for upgrading these benches is issued these arrangements have to be ensured.
