<p>Singer Selena Gomez says growing up in continuous spotlight didn’t give her the chance to figure out things in her life.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The 23-year-old ‘Hands to Myself’ singer, who started acting when she was 10-years-old with a role on ‘Barney & Friends’, said people always had opinion about her. “I didn’t have the opportunity to figure out my life without people having an opinion every step of the way,” Gomez said.<br /><br />However, the former Disney star doesn’t have any regrets about it.<br /><br />“I chose this. So I’m not gonna sit here and say, ‘Oh, my God, poor me, I didn’t have a normal childhood.’,” she said.</p>
