701 airmen complete training

 An impressive passing-out parade was held at Air Force Station Jalahalli in Bengaluru on Friday.

A total of 701 airmen trainees, including 4 trainees from Myanmar Air Force, successfully completed their training. The Parade was reviewed by Air Commodore Rajeev Pandey, Command Engineering Officer, Headquarters Training Command, Indian Air Force.

The reviewing officer presented the trophies to the best in trade to leading aircraftsmen Raj Kumar, Surendra Kumar Dayama, Khushee Ram Gurjar, Nandan Singh, Ravi Kumar and Dhirendra Singh for electrical fitter (R) (Aviation), electrical fitter (R) (Ground), communication technician, operations assistant (AD), operations assistant (ATS) and electronics fitter trades, respectively.

Leading Aircraftsman Govind, electrical fitter (Ground) of E&ITI was adjudged Best in General Service Training while leading Aircraftsman Dhirendra Singh, Eltro Fit of ETI, AF, secured the Best All Rounder Trophy.

Award winners

The Reviewing Officer congratulated all the passing out trainees and felicitated the award winners. He emphasised that the country has reposed enormous trust in each one of them to guard the air space of the nation.
