Scribes' Association members elected

Somshekar and Horatti Raghu have been elected as the Vice-Presidents and Girish has been elected as the General Secretary. Ravi Kelangadi has been elected as the Secretary, Kirugunda Aziz as Treasurer, K L Shivu and Puttaraju as Additional Secretary, Sathish Urubage as Organising Secretary.

Prasanna Gaudahalli, S N Manjunath, K Manjunath, Jayaram, Nayan, Amarnath, Chandrappa, Umashankar have been elected as the Directors.

Mudigere Taluk Working Journalists Association has condemned the assault on ETV reporter Gopi and Cameraman at Khandya temple recently. President Sundar Bangera in a press release said that the miscreant who had assaulted the reporters must be put behind the bars at the earliest.
