Mana Tropicale has added another feather to its already impressive accolades cap by winning the National Awards For Excellence In Real Estate & Infrastructure organised by CMO Asia at Taj Lands End Mumbai last month. It was not long ago that Mana Projects Pvt Ltd had won the award for ‘The most admired upcoming project of the year’ at the Asian Real Estate Leadership Awards in Dubai for the very same project. This is no mere coincidence, but a realisation for the hard work and unique thought process of the team lead by Kishore Reddy.

The National Awards For Excellence In Real Estate & Infrastructure  celebrates the highest level of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of real estate as well as infrastructure industry. The awards recognise, encourage, promote excellence in real estate developments. Mana Projects, one of the most admired real estate developers of Bengaluru won the Popular Choice Award for ‘Preferred Customer Choice Luxury Project of the Year’ for its project Mana Tropicale, which is located off Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru East.

With over 200 participant companies from India, Mana Projects emerged as one of the promising companies to win this award, which was chosen on the basis of customer preference and various other parameters including innovation, creativity, optimum use of space and natural light, integration of nature and architecture etc.

Mana Tropicale is being developed  around the concept of ‘living close to the nature’. A blend of nature and design has been Mana’s motto in all it’s developments and Mana Tropicale ensures that this promise is delivered and even takes it a step further by striving to retain the existing flora. Mana Tropicale is one of the few Indian projects to integrate nature so extensively by retaining around 690 odd tropical trees in its wide central spine and the beautiful nature screen, which envelops the beautiful property.

Built around a beautiful central spine of 50 ft upwards of tropical trees, the project boasts of amenities like ‘16 Tree Nirvana Zone’, ‘Open to Sky Gym’, ‘The Tropicale Tree House’, ‘One Km Narural Trail’, ‘Tropicale Theatre’, ‘Adventurous Zones’, ‘Tropicale Tree Bridge’ and so on.

The project is house to hundreds of mahogany, silver oak, casuarina and many tall tropical trees spread across over nine acres of green space. One of the customers, Krishna, senior manager with Wipro, who was part of the sample research group, said, “It is hard to believe that Tropicale is located just four km from WIPRO Sarjapur Road.”

“Nature can never be replaced by anything man-made, but we strive to bring in a perfect blend by incorporating intensive landscape elements and by trying to retain as much of the existing vegetation in all our projects. Building quality nature-friendly residences for people is a huge responsibility and we endeavor to fulfill this duty with emphasis on efficiency and reliability in operations and focus on imaginative engineering. The hallmark of brand Mana is synonymous the perfect balance between comfort, convenience and the natural environment. Mana Tropicale is an exclusive collection of apartments with tree-hugging balconies and private backyard gardens that are being built amidst nature,” said Kishore Reddy, CMD, Mana Project Pvt Ltd.

Mana Projects, established in 2000, has over the years successfully delivered landmark projects across Bengaluru and with little over a million square feet under various stages of development, it has become one of the leading green developers in the city. Its projects are distinguished for prime location, aesthetic appeal, functional design, optimum use of space and natural light as well as green living concepts.

The company has fine-tuned the art of ‘imagineering’ — a blend of imagination and engineering — to build spaces that exceed the expectations of customers. As a result, it has now become one of the most admired companies in Bengaluru with business verticals spanning across property development, construction, contracting and infrastructure projects.
