<p>After successfully conducting the first edition of de-stress programme exclusively for traffic police personnel recently, city-based Team Aarohan will be holding its second session of the programme on September 25.<br /><br /></p>.<p>As a precursor to the programme, a training session will be held on Sunday starting at 7 am at Cubbon Park, near Queen’s statue wherein around 200 traffic police personnel are expected to take part. City-based zumba fitness instructor, Manisha Bhatt, who conceptualised and rolled out de-stress programmes, said the response to the first edition was overwhelming with police personnel from north and west division taking part. <br /><br />“The second session will see police personnel being taken to a zumba session followed by pilates (core strengthening exercise) along with a few exercises by physiotherapists, similar to the first edition. This time, police personnel from south, north and west divisions, covering 19 traffic police stations, will take part,” she said.<br /><br />The event organised by Msquare Networks will go on till 8 am.</p>
