“We have not found any evidence to suggest that his death was a suicide and will be submitting a report soon stating that his death was an accident after which investigations will be closed,” said ACP (GRP) Prakash Sawant. The suicide note found near Borge’s body also failed to indicate his intention to take the extreme step, he said.
