Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday said his government was committed to encouraging investments in any sector that would create jobs for the youths
of Karnataka.

Speaking after inaugurating the MFAR Manyata Tech Park, he said, “It is this steadfast zeal that has been the prime motivating factor for investments not only in Bengaluru, but also in tier-II cities like Mysuru, Mangaluru, Hubballi-Dharwad, Belagavi and Kalaburagi.”

The chief minister said it was a matter of pride that Bengaluru had been adjudged the most dynamic city in the world, overtaking even the renowned Silicon Valley.

“This recognition illustrates the fact that Bengaluru has the ability to adapt to technological changes, absorb rapid population growth and strengthen global connectivity. All these factors about Bengaluru stem out of the fact that the entrepreneurs, not only from India, but also from all over the world, prefer this city over many other cities.”

The MFAR Manyata Tech Park, located inside the Manyata Embassy Business Park, Nagawara, can accommodate more than 10,000 people on its sprawling campus. The structure is spread over 1.4 million sq ft.
