A section of BJP legislators are learnt to have expressed their displeasure that the party is yet to raise the issue of I-T raids against Small Scale Industries Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi in the Legislative Assembly.
At an informal legislature party meeting on Wednesday, some legislators felt that the party could have put the ruling party on the mat by seeking the resignation of Jarkiholi as the Income Tax Department has unearthed Rs 113 crore worthundisclosed assets purportedly belonging to him.
Senior leader Jagadish Shettar assured them that he would take up the issue in the House on Thursday.
