Law Minister T B Jayachandra on Monday said the government has every right to pursue cases against former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa as the government itself had filed the appeal in the Supreme Court.
He said the state government will also fight another case against Yeddyurappa pertaining to denotification of land in Rachenahalli, which is also pending before the Supreme Court.
According to official sources, the government is keen on building a case when appeals challenging 15 cases quashed by the Karnataka High Court against Yeddyurappa come up for hearing in the Supreme Court.
