"Gadkari is a nice person. He is like a younger brother. Whatever differences we have will be resolved. When I meet him the next time, something positive and light will come out. These are differences within the family and will be sorted out," Sinha told CNN-IBN in an interview.
On not being inducted into Gadkari's team, 'shotgun' Sinha said, "It is a fact that I have not got any post. But I am a man with self-respect and i have not got a post because I did not seek one."
Sinha, however, said he felt that opposition from within the BJP had prevented him from getting his due till now."In politics there are two kinds of opposition. One is the real opposition (party) and the other is from within one's own party. I will take on all forms of opposition and will have the last laugh," Sinha said in his inimical style.
On March 20, Sinha had said it was unfortunate that senior leaders like C P Thakur, Yashwant Sinha and Shehnawaz Hussain were left out of Gadkari's team, and that all was not well in the BJP.
